Adriatic Treasury D.O.O. is the proud owner of 21,340m² of land, located in Pinješ, area in Ulcinj Municipality-Montenegro. The land is right on the sea, and stretches from Hotel Albatros, in the town of Ulcinj, to the Cape of Djeran.

Adriatic Treasury believes in both the location and in the future of its sustainable development. In order to foster growth and development in the area, and play a part in supporting it for the foreseeable future, we plan to build and develop a luxury mixed resort, complete with a boutique hotel, apartments and villas. The resort concept is currently being drawn up, and it will soon be unveiled to the public so they can see a rough idea of our plans.
