Concept Designs Prepared
After the plot cleaning, Adriatic Treasury announced a competitive solution for the concept design of the resort according to the spatial urban plan (PUP) by choosing three different architectural studios to come up with a concept design. On this behalf, there have been chosen the following three architectural studios:
International architectural studio: Patrick Lucius Norden and Franziska Grob (SWISS)
International architectural studio: Bates (Podgorica, MNE)
National architectural studio: V&B studio Design (Ulcinj, MNE)
All the three received concept designs have drawn the attention of Adriatic Treasury and will be a topic to be decided on the final detailed plan. What can be seen from all the three concepts prepared is that all of them are based on environmental protection and sustainable development, which should play a key role on the further development of this most beautiful part of the Municipality of Ulcinj.
Future steps before the final chosen concept design will be the detailed urban plan approval by the Municipality, which Adriatic Treasury is looking forward to in the near future.
